As these items are made on demand we do not offer cancellation.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can only replace the same item. If you do run into any problems please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please send a picture of damaged item within 3 business days of receiving the product.
MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDERS
Customer have three days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after seven days will not be retrievable.
